What TrapStats Is
TrapStats is a greyhound racing analytics, research and community platform. It builds AI race-outcome models, publishes historical racing data and form research, and lets members design, backtest and publish their own analytical systems against years of real race data.
TrapStats accepts no wagers, holds no funds, is not a bookmaker, exchange or intermediary, and provides no betting, financial or investment advice. It is a data and analytics tool about the sport of greyhound racing.
All Performance Figures Are Simulated
No real money is staked and no wagers are taken. Every performance figure shown on TrapStats — including any ROI, hit-rate, portfolio value or system track record — is a simulated, paper result, computed against historical market-price data for research and educational purposes only.
Simulated results assume a market-cost adjustment so that figures are not overstated. They remain notional and are never realised cash.
Past Performance Does Not Predict Future Results
Greyhound racing outcomes are inherently uncertain. A model or system that performed well over historical data may perform differently on future races. Backtested and simulated results are not a promise of future performance, and no analytical model can guarantee future results.
Not Betting, Financial or Investment Advice
The models, probabilities, selections, signals and research notes published on TrapStats are analytical outputs, not advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to place any wager or to make any financial or investment decision. Any decision you make based on TrapStats outputs is entirely your own responsibility.
Data Accuracy Limitations
Our data is sourced from third-party racing and market-data providers and may contain errors, gaps or delays. Models are trained on historical data and have known limitations in accuracy and calibration. We provide our data and models "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Always treat outputs as research subject to error.
Using Analytics Sensibly
TrapStats is a research tool. Use it to learn about the sport, to test ideas, and to understand model behaviour — not as a guarantee of any outcome. Treat every figure as simulated, keep the limitations above in mind, and form your own independent judgement.
Pausing or Deleting Your Account
You can take a break from the Service or remove your data at any time. To suspend or permanently delete your account, contact support@trapstats.co.uk. You can also manage your subscription from your account settings.
